The right candidates:

• Will have their State Inspection Certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing and repairing various makes and model vehicles. Must also be comfortable diagnosing different types of vehicles.
• Formal relevant training from automotive tech and/or factory automotive training programs preferred.
• Have worked with a business or industry that makes a superior customer experience the priority
• Able to work with multiple product lines
• Knowledge with aftermarket parts/vendors to complete a repair
• Maintain a positive mindset and are always looking for the up-side to any challenge
• Work with integrity to stay self-motivated and productive
• Are Team-Players and want to understand and take part in the Bigger Picture
• Enjoy learning and applying new skills
• Practice great communication by listening as well as conversing

Job Duties/Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Thoroughly inspect vehicles for proper reconditioning so they may be retailed.
• Skills to perform basic maintenance and vehicle repair needs
• Works well with team members and advisors
• Proficient with diagnosing concerns pertaining to drivetrain, electrical, suspension, brakes, etc.
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Basic knowledge required to work on a computer and learn new programs
• Have your own tools (specialty tools will be provided)
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen

Hours:

• 40 hours per week, overtime may be available or required at times based on business needs.
• Multiple shifts available, shifts vary between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
• Must be able to work Saturday's on rotation.

Compensation:

• $25.00 - $35.00 flat rate based on experience, ASE certifications, and production
