The DEis responsible forensuring that effective Program Governance isestablishedfor each account and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle from sales support through implementation and post addition to delivery support the DE supports the positioning of additional SAP Services as needed for thesuccess of the customer.Analyze and executeon strategic projects building consensus among stakeholders ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporatestrategyand communicating project goals at a strategic levelManage overall services relationship between customerpartnerand SAP during transformationsEnsure that projects and programs are delivered on-time within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfactionBuildcredibility and trust with customers cultivating strong relationshipsProvide mentorship by following a strong career framework that includes skills enhancement and career development planningAssist the SAP sales team in the closing of deals by defining the strategy and providing oversightand direction related to scope of services and viability of pursuitsIdentifyand develop business opportunities; creates long term value plans with customer to achieve customer businessobjectivesand expanding SAP services on the accountSupport administrative and cultural excellence bydemonstratingbehaviors consistent with our values-based culture: Customer Focus Quality Product Excellence Integrity Commitment and PassionWhat you bringRequired:10 years ofSAP services delivery experience including services management experience at least 8 of which have been in Utilities projects8 Years of program management and/or solution architect/leadership experiencein 4 SAP Software project lifecyclesin the Utilities industrySuperior project financials business acumen (forecastingallocatedrevenue etc.)Adept in large corporate organizational change management & strategiesBachelors degree(or equivalentexperience);Mastersdegree preferredDesired(may be omitted or edited):PMP CertificationMajor Systems Integrator experience(Directoror Partner level or similar)Track recordof achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and durationProven ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive levelAbility to effectively manage and resolve client escalationsAdaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressureambiguityand changeDemonstrated leadership by example style in managing teams and clientsExceptional leadership organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management clientspeersand team membersExcellent understanding of SAP solutions and of the consulting business processes and functionsMeet the TeamSAP Professional Services providesend to endproject support to strategic customers.
