Key Benefits:Hourly Wage starting at $23Full-time position with benefits package (medical dental and vision insurance)10 hours shifts Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 4pm); OT is mandatoryResponsibilitiesPerform and train employees on the following duties:Open packages of raw material and fill machines with productFollow all GMPs SOPs HACCP and SQF rulesInspect raw materials and finished product according to the standards for the product being producedUtilize various equipment and tools in a safe mannerUse a manual pallet jackUse raw materials based on FIFOProperly dispose of all garbage food waste and recycling throughout shift and document wasteMaintain a clean and safe work environment while keeping all stations well stockedMonitor for any jams in line as well as monitor the metal detector bin for rejected productCommunicate with other positions throughout entire shiftParticipate in all changeoversMonitor possible issues throughout the whole line and bring to the attention of the line lead or supervisorRotate through all entry-level positionsFollow all safety policies and proceduresComplete training documentationDeliver feedback in a constructive mannerParticipate in review process for new hiresQualifications:Must be at least 18 years or olderAbility to understand written or spoken English instructions;Bilingual in spanish a plusAbility to work individually and as a member of a teamOrganization and time management skills requiredTechnical/mechanical skills desiredAbility to work with pork dairy soy wheat egg shellfish nut products and fishBernatellos Foods is a premium manufacturer and distributor of high quality frozen pizza brands with production facilities located in Maple Lake MN Waupaca WI and Kaukauna WI.
