Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLocation: Jackson Center, OhioEmployment Type: 2nd Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hireJob BriefKable Staffing, a division of Kable Workforce Solutions, is hiring a Utility Associate for our client. This position is responsible for packing bottles into containers, folding and inserting dividers, setting up trays, loading box makers, and palletizing finished products. You’ll ensure proper stacking, banding, and wrapping of units while maintaining housekeeping and safety standards.What’s a Typical Day Like?Hand pack bottles into containersFold and insert dividers into constructed boxesFold and set-up corrugated traysLoad box makerRemove units of finished product from conveyor system, stack properly, and band unitsPalletize and stretch wraps bottlesGrind defective bottles in grinding areaCheck for proper stackingMaintain housekeeping standards including sweeping, cleaning, trash removal, and bailingAdhere to all safety policies and procedures, BOS and SAP standards and activities, and GMP’sCommunicate effectively with the Production, Quality, and Group Leaders.Duties and responsibilities may vary and change due to product specifications.What Are the Requirements of the Job?Previous experience in a distribution center environment helpful.Ability to work in fast-paced environment.Ability to move or lift up to 50+ l*bs.Capability to stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.Communication skills.Pass background check and drug test.Wear steel-toed shoes.Why Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
