You will be based in our Anderson, SC location. This shift will start at 3:30 pm and end 12:30 am. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

Your main tasks:

• Provide support throughout the Assembly department with the goal of producing the highest-quality products on time that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Assists supervisor in training associates, follow-up on quality-related issues. Assists with change overs and scrap recovery/documentation.
• Team member should be able to perform all job responsibilities within their work area to assist/backfill as the result of absenteeism and/or unscheduled break

Qualifications:

• Must have good command of the English language; be able to communicate clearly and concisely, read and interpret JDS and instructional materials.
• Must have good basic math skills. Able to identify and record scrap in a timely accurate manner
• Able to perform all jobs within assigned area. Able to perform all tasks in assigned work area
• Able to use air tools and hand tools necessary to perform position. Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift 40 pounds repetitively.
• Able to stand for most of the shift. Mechanically oriented and willing to learn to back up machine operators.
• Brazing certification is required.
• Must be in Good Standing (3.50 Attendance points or less and no written warning corrective actions in

Physical Demand:

• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
