Must cover 24/7/365 operations, including holidays and overnight shifts. Work cycle is 84 hours every two weeks.Other Work/Responsibilities:Operate multiple computer systems simultaneously, including CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch), DCIN (Division of Criminal Information Network), and various alarm systems.Manage computerized multi-line/channel telephone and radio systems, performing continuous multi-task duties.Act as a vital link, listening, documenting, and communicating clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing, over the telephone, radio, and in person.Accurately interpret audible noises, signals, and tones from various computer operating systems and programs.Ensure continued, uninterrupted University operations during periods of adverse weather and/or emergency situations that may require the University to close. Employee is required to report to work when scheduled during these types of events.Minimum Experience/Education:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Sufficient experience to demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure (Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred).
