You'll work on exciting products that help procurement specialists find the right parts faster, help planners optimize complex schedules, and help engineers make critical decisions with confidence. We need someone who is passionate about designing user-centered tools, iterates rapidly based on feedback, and delights customers with every interaction.Special Mentions:Relocation providedTravel expected up to 25% of the timeInterviews will include a technical assessment and portfolio reviewThis role requires proficiency in AI-enabled UX design, leveraging AI tools throughout the design process and designing AI-powered user experiencesThis is a permanent, full-time positionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Design intuitive user experiences for supply chain applications spanning procurement, planning, transportation, inventory management, and engineering decision supportLead user research initiatives to understand pain points, workflows, and needs of supply chain stakeholders across multiple teams and functionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate complex supply chain data and processes into clear, actionable interfacesLeverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance user workflows, automate routine tasks, and surface intelligent recommendations within applicationsCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and supply chain subject matter experts to define requirements and deliver solutions that balance user needs with technical constraintsConduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and usage analyticsEstablish and maintain design systems and patterns that ensure consistency across supply chain toolsChampion user-centered design principles and advocate for the end user in all product decisionsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Design (UX/UI, Interaction, Human-Computer Interaction), Computer Science, or related field3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably designing enterprise or B2B applicationsProficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design system managementDemonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and capabilities in the design process and to design AI-powered features or interfacesStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including research, wireframes, and final designsExperience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design decisionsPreferred Qualifications:Experience designing tools for supply chain, operations, logistics, or other complex enterprise domainsFamiliarity with designing data-heavy applications, dashboards, or decision-support systemsKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practicesExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with engineering teamsBackground in designing for AI/ML features such as predictive analytics, recommendations, or intelligent automationProficiency with additional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or prototyping toolsCompensation Range for:WA applicants is $137,049.00-$191,868.60Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
