This role will involve designing high-quality digital experiences advancing design systems and supporting cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise UX design visual communication motion design and design system implementation and a passion for creating user-focused accessible experiences. Job Title: UX Designer Location: Austin TX (5x/week Onsite) Duration: 11 months Job Description The UX Designer will work closely with teams across UX development and product management to create best-in-class user this role the UX Designer will design intuitive interfaces that incorporate accessibility standards contribute to motion design for enhanced usability and support marketing and support assets. The UX Designer will also play a key role in maintaining and implementing design systems across the organization. Responsibilities Collaborate with UX Development and Product teams to design attractive best-in-class systems with usability and accessibility in mind. Incorporate subtle and purposeful motion to enhance user interaction and communication. Support broader product needs by creating marketing and support pages. Ensure consistent experiences by contributing to scalable design systems. Minimum Requirements 5 years of work experience including at least 2 years designing enterprise applications. Strong command of visual communication principles-typography iconography grid systems and motion design. Experience creating maintaining and implementing design systems. Proficiency in Sketch Photoshop Illustrator Keynote and similar design tools. Proficiency in Principle or other motion-design tools (non-web-based). Ability to clearly communicate design ideas through sketches comps and written specifications. Strong independent and team-based working capability with excellent collaboration skills.
