Job Description:UX Program Manager Brand MarketingDow Jones Job LocationNYC Job ID50388About the Role:Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal are seeking a highly organized collaborative and agile UX Program Manager to join the Brand Marketing team. This role focuses on planning coordinating and managing the execution of digital projects ensuring design and brand excellence across websites shop pages platforms and products. You will ensure work is delivered on time on brand and to a high standard.The UX Program Manager will work closely with the Lead UX Designer for Brand Marketing to manage digital and UX design projects. You will prioritize tasks track timelines and maintain clear communication with stakeholders coordinating resources content and feedback cycles to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.Situated within Brand Marketing this role approaches projects through a brand and UX lens ensuring digital initiatives meet audience needs align with strategic goals and support consistent engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment where multiple projects priorities and teams intersect. This position sits within Brand Marketing; it is not a role within the Product org.Reports to: Senior Program Manager Brand MarketingYou Will:Project ManagementScope plan and prioritize digital projects for the Brand team collaborating across UX Product and Events teams for websites shop pages platforms and products.Build timelines manage resources and lead stand-ups and status meetings to ensure efficient progress.Traffic work through multiple teams enforcing timelines to ensure smooth delivery outcomes.Anticipate and mitigate risks solving issues early to keep projects on track.Own and manage timelines milestones and delivery schedules to ensure accurate application of DJ brands across digital surfaces.Apply UX and product knowledge to advise and guide team decisions ensure timely delivery of managed projectsProduction & Quality AssuranceOversee execution of digital and UX design projects ensuring deliverables meet brand standards design intent content strategy audience needs and accessibility requirements.Manage review and approval cycles coordinating feedback and ensuring implementation through design UAT and launch.Ensure pre-launch QA to validate accuracy functionality responsiveness and alignment with brand and UX principles.Stakeholder CollaborationAct as a central point of contact for project updates aligning teams and stakeholders to project goals.Maintain clear consistent communication across cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of priorities timelines and project status.Support the Lead UX Designer by managing project logistics enabling focus on strategy and design execution.Process Improvement & ImpactIn collaboration with Sr. Program Manager build and refine workflows and processes to improve delivery efficiency reduce risk and scale production capacity.Track project outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance future projects.Ensure projects are delivered on time on brief and to a high standard of brand and UX quality.Support business growth audience engagement and brand impact through smooth efficient project delivery.What Youll DoMaintain a big picture vision of multiple workstreams and objectives while managing end-to-end delivery of digital projects from scoping through launch and post-launch follow-up.Coordinate timelines resources stakeholders and feedback to keep multiple projects on track.Liaise with stakeholders across design marketing product and engineeringManage content needs coordination development delivery and approvalsFlag potential delays with solutions-focused recommendations to keep delivery on timeEnsure all work meets brand UX and accessibility standards.Facilitate cross-team communication and collaboration to maintain alignment and remove bottlenecks.Track monitor and report project progress to leadership and key stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve workflows efficiency and production quality.Contribute to a culture of collaboration agility and excellence within the Brand Marketing team.You Have: 7 years of experience managing digital projects UX-Brand initiatives or web-based production.Proven ability to plan coordinate and execute multiple projects across websites platforms and digital products.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between designers developers and marketing stakeholders.Excellent communication skills including presenting updates and coordinating across teams.Familiarity with UX principles digital design workflows and accessibility standards.Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana Jira Trello or similar).BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Design UX Marketing or related field preferred.Certificate in Project Management or UX product management a plus.Our BenefitsComprehensive Healthcare PlansPaid Time OffRetirement PlansComprehensive Insurance PlansLifestyle programs & Wellness ResourcesEducation BenefitsFamily Care Benefits & Caregiving SupportCommuter Transit ProgramSubscription DiscountsEmployee Referral ProgramLearn more about all our US benefitsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin protected veteran status or disability status.
