UX Strategist at Ohm Systems

Job Description A UX strategist develops the high-level user experience (UX) vision for a product by bridging business goals and user needs. They conduct user research analyze data and create a strategy that aligns user-centered design with the companys overall business strategy and brand identity. Key responsibilities include guiding strategic design decisions influencing the product roadmap and using research insights to communicate value across teams. Required skills and qualifications Analytical and strategic thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and think across systems to develop a coherent strategy. User research and design thinking: Proficiency in human-centered design principles and various research methods. Communication and storytelling: Strong ability to present complex research and strategic concepts clearly to different audiences. Stakeholder management: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic design artifacts: Experience creating deliverables such as journey maps personas and service blueprints.
