Key responsibilities include:Supervising craft personnel Directing maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Planning maintenance activities Supporting maintenance needs of the foundry including work assignments scheduling of overtime and training.Analyzing maintenance work orders Assigning maintenance personnel to complete necessary orders and coordinating maintenance workflows with production to minimize downtime.Developing maintenance programs Implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maintain and optimize foundry.Daily maintenance and repair of vacuum furnaces.Assist foundry operators with furnace graphite maintenance as required by supervision.Assist in other plant maintenance work as may be requiredOrder Parts Maintain lead timesKeep count of minimum and maximum part countOn Call 24/7 For emergenciesEnforcing and following all safety measures for you and your employeesA Maintenance Foundry Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of the foundry operations contributing to the overall success of the facility.
