JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description Job Description About The Company
Ghosal Luxury Lodging is a fast-growing boutique hospitality company in the Smoky Mountains, specializing in luxury cabins, wedding venues, and unique lodging experiences. We own and operate every property we offer, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality and guest experiences. AirDNA ranks us among the top management companies in the Smoky Mountains.
Our portfolio includes high-end cabins with premium amenities, as well as our expanding Sojourn Resorts tiny home brand featuring community-focused micro-lodging experiences. We leverage technology and automation to operate efficiently while maintaining a strong work/life balance for our team.
We're building a small, high-performing team where every contribution matters. If you're looking for a growth-oriented opportunity with a company that values innovation, ownership, and hospitality excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Maintenance Manager to join our growing hospitality team. Unlike traditional cabin management companies, we are fully owner-operated - we own every property we manage. Because of this, we take exceptional pride in our properties and expect our team to approach maintenance with the same level of ownership and care.
We operate differently from most hospitality companies. Our philosophy is to solve and fix problems in-house whenever possible rather than relying heavily on outside vendors. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is resourceful, proactive, and capable of diagnosing and resolving issues instead of simply reporting them.
