Summer interns are immediately a part of our collaborative culture and build enduring relationships with their fellow interns manager and assigned mentor. During the internship individuals will receive training and work on a variety of projects that directly impact the business. Summer interns also have the opportunity to network with various professionals through organized social events. Finally each summer intern will work with an assigned mentor to complete a project and present their findings with other interns to the executive leadership team. This position is based out of RevantagesChicago office. Our 2026 summer internship program will begin June 2026 and last through August 2026. To be eligible you must be a college student during the time of the internship program.HOW YOU ADD VALUEDeliver portfolio analytics summaries and property-level performance reporting to Blackstone and portfolio company management teamsPrepare presentations and investment summaries for Blackstone Revantage and portfolio company management teamsGather and report on market intelligence including recent sales data and prevailing market conditionsAssist with the preparation of monthly and/or quarterly property valuation models and portfolio analytics for various asset classesReview third-party reports market studies and other pertinent real estate documents with the goal of abstracting relevant and actionable data for valuationsProvide analytical and valuation support for property investments including preparing leasing operating capital and financing analysesWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLERequired: Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution Pursuing a degree in accounting finance real estate economics or business with a finance/accounting concentrationMinimum 3.2 GPAIntermediate proficiency in MS Excel and WordExcellent customer service problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to adjust to multiple demands and shifting prioritiesAbility to work in Chicago in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks beginning in June of 2026Preferred:ArgusBase Compensation Range:$25.00 To $30.00 Hourly. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Companys base compensation range for this position.
