This role will guide the strategic roadmap for digital experience identify emerging opportunities and drive cross-functional alignment to shape the future of . The Senior Manager eCommerce Strategy will report directly into the Head of eCommerce for Vans Americas. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in our Costa Mesa CA HQ).Lets break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.Define and drive short-term and long-term digital strategy across the digital and omni consumer experience eCommerce capabilities operational models and new revenue opportunitiesIdentify emerging technologies consumer trends and industry shifts to influence the future roadmapEvaluate and prioritize opportunities/ initiatives based on impact feasibility and business valueBuild data-backed business cases conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision making and actionable plans for eCommerce Team to deliverPartner closely with Consumer Insights eCommerce Team Merchandising Marketing Omnichannel and Analytics teams to bring initiatives to lifeCreate frameworks processes and governance models that enable ongoing innovationWhat success looks like:Develop strong cross functional partnershipsAbility to simplify complex ideas and tell a persuasive story to all levels of leadershipEffectively influence partner teams to achieve key milestonesBuild a robust yet flexible long-term vision for in partnership with key stakeholders which ties back to in-season initiativesWhat do you need to succeedWe all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
