Job description:We are seeking a Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach to lead our High School Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching sports education and working with student-athletes. This role involves developing players skills fostering teamwork and promoting a positive sporting environment. Previous experience in sports coaching is highly -Plan and conduct soccer practices and training sessions tailored to various skill levels-Teach fundamental soccer techniques rules and strategies to players-Foster a supportive and motivating environment to enhance player development-Monitor player behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies-Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities-Organize and oversee game day activities including team warm-ups and game strategies-Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create an engaging program-Promote teamwork sportsmanship and positive attitude among participantsRequirements-Prior experience in sports coaching-Knowledge of soccer rules techniques and safety standards-Experience working with children or students in a sports or educational setting-Skills in behavior management to maintain discipline during practices and games-Strong communication skills to effectively engage with student-athletes and coaches-Ability to motivate young athletes and foster a positive team environment-CPR Certification is desirableThis is a stipend position.
