Full Time                                        Accepts H1B & J1 VisasUnited Health Services Hospitals is a family of health services organizations that exists to improve the health of the communities we serve by developing and maintaining a comprehensive and cost-effective health care system. To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless high quality, comprehensive surgical care, we are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to join our rapidly growing team.  You will join a dedicated team of three vascular surgeons and seven General/Trauma/Acute Care surgeons, complemented by a group of six physician assistants who manage patients and assist with a wide range of vascular procedures both in the clinic and the operating room.  Additionally, our vascular team has built a strong affiliation and shared focus with Cardiology/Cardiac Surgery.You will also join a practice fully supported by advanced infrastructure, including state-of-the art operating rooms and access to the latest minimally invasive technologies.  You will have the opportunity to practice a full spectrum of vascular surgery, including open, endovascular, and hybrid procedures.  There is also a strong emphasis on work-life balance in a family-friendly community.LOCATION: Binghamton, NY is located 2.5 hours North of New York City and 1 hour from Syracuse, NY.  A progressive college community town that offers a large healthcare presence, a safe living environment, and a diverse community with nearby lakes, ski resorts, golf courses, wineries, symphony orchestra and opera company.Position includes a competitive starting salary range of $504,800 to $631,000 with bonus incentives, a sign on bonus, moving expenses, and a vast array of employment benefits.Formed in 1981 through the consolidation of three community hospitals, United Health Services Hospitals employs more than 6,000 people.  As a teaching hospital, affiliated with the SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY and the Binghamton University Health Sciences Center, United Health Services Hospitals trains over 100+ physicians per year in residency and fellowship programs. As a community-based system, the values that guide decision-making and behavior should reflect the culture of it’s communities and what they expect from their health care system.
