We provide top-notch training to ensure your success.As a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist you are responsible for identifying evaluating and presenting vehicle values to our guests. Using our advanced digital tools you will acquire vehicles for our used car department while creating a valuable guest experience for those looking to sell or trade in their vehicles.What youll be working on:Reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in selling or trading in their vehicleUsing our technology to identify vehicles of interest within existing service appointmentsCreating exciting custom evaluations and presenting to both our sales and service guestsLogging outreach and customer status updates in the CRM systemPartnering with General Managers and Used Car Managers to understand inventory needs and source accordinglyOccasionally attending car auctions to scout vehicle opportunities and support store-level buying goalsWhat you need to bring to the table:25 years of customer service retail or sales experienceStrong communication skillsboth in person and over the phoneConfidence in negotiating and guiding customers through the vehicle trade-in or selling processExperience with cold calling telemarketing or similar outreach preferredAbility to stay organized follow up consistently and work independentlyValid drivers license and clean driving recordSalary: $36000-$150000/annually*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
