As an Assistant or Store Manager for Comserve, you will manage a team of Sales Consultants and day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will greet customers in our stores, ascertain individual guest needs and make recommendations based on their specifications.Responsibilities:Meet store sales goals by coaching, mentoring, and developing Sales Consultants to achieve.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Conducting weekly staff performance reviewsDeveloping new personal and business accountsResolving customer complaintsEnforcing compliance with operations and sales standardsDaily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactionsSchedule and manage employee Sales Consultant hoursResponsible for overall operation and cleanliness of retail store locationMaintaining professional and technological knowledge of cutting edge technologyRequirementsAssociate's degree or higherMinimum 1 year of sales management or relevant experience; wireless retail management experience preferredSuperior customer service skillsStrong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsVery organized with the ability to multi-taskMust be able to work the varied hours of retail including evenings, weekends, and holidaysComServe is a Premium Retailer for Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless service provider.
