A well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Grandview, Missouri (just outside Kansas City) is seeking a Senior Associate / Lead DVM to join a collaborative 4-doctor team.

This is a predominantly patient-facing role with added leadership influence, not a heavy administrative position. You’ll help mentor colleagues and support hospital standards while staying hands-on with your cases.

Exotics available, but completely optional.

🗓 Schedule

Hospital Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Your Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, mid-week
