A respected, privately owned small animal hospital in the heart of University Park, Dallas is seeking a confident, collaborative Senior Associate / Lead Veterinarian (DVM) to join its established and supportive medical team.


This role is ideal for a veterinarian who wants real influence over medical standards and practice direction, without sacrificing the flexibility, independence, and culture of private practice.

Youโ€™ll partner closely with an engaged, hands-on owner in a hospital that values thoughtful medicine, strong client relationships, and a true team-first environment.

Hospital Hours:


Monโ€“Fri: 7:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM

Sat: 8:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM

  • Base salary: $135,000โ€“$175,000+ (DOE & leadership scope)
  • 22.5%+ production bonus (no negative accrual)
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • 4 weeks PTO
