The Opportunity

Provide medical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care
Mentor and manage associate veterinarians
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics
Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial performance
Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets
Oversee staff and overall hospital operations
Collaborate with divisional leadership under National Veterinary Associates (NVA)

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a DVM
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
Active Florida veterinary license in good standing
Commitment to high-quality medicine and the veterinary code of ethics
Leadership mindset with strong communication skills

Compensation

Competitive base salary
