The Opportunity
- Provide medical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care
- Mentor and manage associate veterinarians
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics
- Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial performance
- Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets
- Oversee staff and overall hospital operations
- Collaborate with divisional leadership under National Veterinary Associates (NVA)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a DVM
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
- Active Florida veterinary license in good standing
- Commitment to high-quality medicine and the veterinary code of ethics
- Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
