Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian who wants to make an impact — whether that’s in general practice or exploring areas like dentistry, behavior, dermatology, or ophthalmology.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a very competitive compensation package with:

  • Base salary + 22% production plus bonus opportunities

  • Sign-on / relocation bonus (negotiable)

  • Full-time salary: $120,000–$170,000+ (based on experience)

  • Part-time salary negotiable (starting ~$70,000) dependent on schedule

  • CE allowance + professional dues/licenses paid

  • Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) with employer match

  • 4 weeks paid vacation (full-time)

  • Paid sabbatical (4 weeks) every 5 years of service in addition to annual vacation

  • Scrubs provided

  • Annual CapEx funds for equipment — talk to us about what you need!

Who We’re Looking For

  • DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program, or ECFVG/PAVE certified

  • Valid California veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure)

  • A compassionate, team-minded professional dedicated to excellent patient care
