Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian who wants to make an impact — whether that’s in general practice or exploring areas like dentistry, behavior, dermatology, or ophthalmology.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a very competitive compensation package with:

Base salary + 22% production plus bonus opportunities

Sign-on / relocation bonus (negotiable)

Full-time salary: $120,000–$170,000+ (based on experience)

Part-time salary negotiable (starting ~$70,000) dependent on schedule

CE allowance + professional dues/licenses paid

4 weeks paid vacation (full-time)

Paid sabbatical (4 weeks) every 5 years of service in addition to annual vacation

Who We’re Looking For

DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program, or ECFVG/PAVE certified

Valid California veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure)
