JOB DESCRIPTION
Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced, motivated DVM to join our AAHA-accredited team. This role can offer a clear path toward Medical Director for those who want to take the next step.

Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a DVM
- Proficient in surgery and dentistry
- Interest in leadership and practice development
- Strong communication skills
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
- Licensure in good standing to practice in FL.
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Production-based bonuses
- Up to $60,000 signing bonus
- No negative accrual during the first year
