Supportive, capable technician team that makes your day smoother Strong focus on compassionate care, especially end-of-life services Open to expanding our services if you have special interests or skills Brand-new, modern hospital with advanced equipment Formal mentorship program for new grads Flexibility to create a schedule that works for your lifestyleOur New Facility Includes: 6 exam rooms Comfort suite 2-table surgical suite 2-table dental suite State-of-the-art ultrasound Laser therapy Idexx in-house lab Separate dog and cat waiting areasWhat You’ll Do: Diagnose and treat small animals (and more, if you have a niche interest) Communicate effectively with clients about care plans Work collaboratively with our experienced team Contribute to a positive and growth-minded clinic cultureWorkSchedule: Typical 4-day work week No on-call responsibilities Flexible scheduling options availableCompensation: Base salary of $110,000 – $125,000 Production-based bonuses $25,000 sign-on bonus Potential Ownership Interest: Provided you maintain continued employment and good standing with the Hospital, you may be permitted to participate in the JV Pathway to Partnership Program or similar program which may prepare you to purchase an agreed-upon ownership interest in the Hospital at a future date. The terms of any such program are subject to change at the Company’s discretion and without notice. The purchase of any ownership interest shall be in accordance with any terms the Board deems appropriate at such time in the future.
