Lathrop VeterinaryCenter has the opportunity to add a Veterinarian to our team! Offering up to a$50,000 Sign-On Bonus.Lathrop Veterinary Center is the first vet hospital in the city of Lathrop, CA. Our state-of-the-art facility was built in 2008, houses modern equipment, and has amazing staff and Doctors. Lathrop is currently a growing community, evident by the large new pet-friendly apartment building recently built next door. Opportunity for business growth is huge as well as being able to enjoy living within an appealing area offering a more reasonable cost of living.Compensation/Additional BenefitsVery competitive compensation model, base salary plus 22% production, bonus structure; complete benefits. Up to a $50,000 Sign-On Bonus!Full-time salary ranges from $120,000-170,000, based on experience. Part-time salary is negotiable, range begins at $70,000 depending on experience and schedule. Professional dues/licensing expenses and CE allowance. Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k with an employer match. 4 weeks vacation time as mentioned above with ability to receive an addition 4 week paid sabbatical for all full-time doctors. What does the perfect fit for our team look like? New Grad Doctor OR an Experienced Doctor seeking to join a practice with a strong and supportive team approach. Open to Full-Time or Part-Time scheduling.About our hospital:Small animal GP/Urgent Care hybrid, fast-pacedRoughly 70% dogs, 30% cats; some exotics/pocket pets (not required if you don’t want to)Scheduling focused on a healthy work life balance:NO weekends, NO on-call hours. 4 weeks vacation (for full-time Doctors) in addition to holidays & CE days4 weeks PAID sabbatical (for full-time Doctors) for every 5 years of serviceNo late nights – Doctors usually arrive around 8am and leave by 6pmWe’re closed from 12-1:30pm for lunch & catch-up15 – 30 minute appointment times depending on your preference & comfort levelDiverse surgeries – lots of soft tissue (but we refer out things like ortho)Comprehensive and up to date facility:5 total exam rooms (includes 1 comfort room for euthanasia)1 surgical suiteDentistry table, 3 treatment tablesDigital dental and RadiologyUltrasoundCapability for oxygen cagesFull boarding facility – cats & dogsAnnual CapEx dollars allocated for hardware and equipment.
