Customer Service RepresentativeDogwood Trails Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.Understand common vaccination protocols basic lab tests common diseases veterinary terminology and pet behavior.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.Qualifications:Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to maintain a calm professional and positive demeanor.About Dogwood Trails Animal HospitalDogwood Trails is a brand-new state-of-the-art small animal hospital located in Bentonville Arkansas.
