We're hiring a Veterinary Technician, and this role is unlike any other.

You won't be clocking in and out of a clinic seeing routine appointments. You will be the heartbeat of the health program for some of the most important dogs in the country. You'll work with autonomy, take real ownership, and know at the end of every day that what you did mattered. Not just to the dogs in your care, but to the Veterans waiting for them.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Rockwall, TX. You'll report to our Director of Training and work in close coordination with our Lead Veterinarian. Beyond clinical care, you'll play an active role in daily operations, keeping records sharp, departments connected, and our mission moving forward. You're the right person if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician and are confident working independently
• Take ownership of your patients, your records, and the responsibilities in front of you
• Communicate well, stay organized, and thrive in a role where your impact extends beyond the clinic
• Hold an RVT or LVT certification (preferred, but not required)
• Have a genuine heart for Veterans, First Responders, and the animals that serve them

 Compensation and Benefits:

• $23–$28/hour depending on experience
