Employees are expected to be available to work from one of our office hubs at least two days per week or eight days per month. Please ensure you can realistically commit to this structure before applying.The OpportunityWere creating a new executive role to lead BetterUps evolution from point solution to an enterprise platform. As VP of Delivery & Deployment Operations youll build and scale the function that turns complex enterprise deals into measurable customer outcomesowning everything from configuration and integrations to change management and accelerated adoption.This is a builders role. Base salary is determined by job-related experience education/training residence location as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits.
