This executive will drive innovation scale engineering operations and deliver customer-centric solutions that directly impact ARR growth customer retention and technical differentiation in the market.This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical expertise in storage and cybersecurity a passion for customer success and a proven ability to lead high-performing global engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and execute the engineering strategy for Kaseyas cyber resilience products aligning with company growth targets and ARR objectives.Own the roadmap delivery for backup DR and storage solutions ensuring scalability performance and security.Partner with Product Management to translate customer needs into technical solutions that drive adoption and retention.Customer Impact & ARR FocusBuild engineering capabilities that deliver measurable customer outcomesreduced downtime faster recovery and enhanced data protection.Collaborate with Sales Customer Success and Support to ensure engineering priorities align with revenue goals and customer satisfaction metrics.Drive innovation in storage architecture ransomware recovery and immutable backup technologies to differentiate Kaseya in the market.Operational ExcellenceEstablish and track KPIs for engineering velocity quality and customer impact.Implement best-in-class SDLC practices DevOps automation and secure coding standards.Lead incident response and escalation processes for critical customer-impacting issues.Team DevelopmentRecruit mentor and grow a world-class engineering team across multiple geographies.Foster a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement.Champion diversity inclusion and career development within the engineering organization.Qualifications12 years of engineering leadership experience in cybersecurity storage or enterprise SaaS.Proven track record of delivering high-scale customer-facing products that drive ARR.Deep expertise in backup disaster recovery storage systems and ransomware mitigation.Experience leading distributed engineering teams in a high-growth matrixed environment.Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.A proactive results-driven mindset with a passion for customer success and continuous improvement.
