As a Sales Vice President within the J.P. Morgan Payments team, you will lead sales strategy and relationship management activities for Financial Institutions (FI) and Government clients in Peru, as part of the broader Andean, Central America and Caribbean (ACAC) region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and positioning J.P. Morgan as the premier payments partner for this strategic client segment.You will play a critical leadership role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building a robust pipeline, and delivering sophisticated treasury and payment solutions that address the unique needs of FI and Government clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep market knowledge, strong executive presence, and a proven track record in complex, consultative sales.Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Business DevelopmentLead the development and execution of sales strategy for Financial Institutions and Government clients in Peru, aligned with regional ACAC prioritiesBuild and manage a robust pipeline to achieve ambitious revenue and new business sales goalsIdentify and prioritize high-value opportunities within under-penetrated FI and Government segmentsDrive strategic account planning and sophisticated selling strategies tailored to the regulatory, operational, and strategic needs of FI and Government clientsClient Relationship ManagementServe as a senior relationship manager and trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior decision-makers within Financial Institutions and Government entitiesUnderstand clients' business goals, regulatory environments, digital transformation strategies, and industry trends to identify opportunities for J.P. Morgan Payments solutionsManage high-touch client engagement through strategic visitations, executive forums, and thought leadership discussionsPosition J.P. Morgan's innovation agenda, including digital payments, real-time payments, blockchain/digital assets, and API-enabled solutionsCollaboration & Cross-SellPartner closely with CIB bankers, Treasury Services colleagues, and product specialists across the ACAC region to deliver integrated solutionsCollaborate with global FI and Government coverage teams to leverage best practices and coordinate multinational client strategiesGenerate cross-sell opportunities by maintaining strong working relationships with other J.P. Morgan lines of business (Markets, Securities Services, Investment Banking)Provide market intelligence and client feedback to product managers and regional leadership to inform product development and market strategySolutions & Consultative SellingDeliver comprehensive treasury and payment solutions including: correspondent banking, liquidity management, cash management, FX, trade finance, check clearing, cross-border payments, and digital channelsAssure compliance with  sanctions screening, AML/KYC requirements, and risk management frameworksLead complex, multi-product deal structuring and negotiationsMarket & Stakeholder EngagementRepresent J.P.
