About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and driven Vice President of Marketing and Revenue Growth to spearhead the development and execution of robust strategies that fuel customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and stimulate profitable revenue through our direct channels. This senior leadership position requires expertise in traditional marketing blended with a performance-oriented, data-driven mindset, particularly within a direct-to-consumer eCommerce framework.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy while leading a high-performing team and reinforcing our brand as a market leader. Key responsibilities encompass a strong focus on digital marketing and eCommerce, performance-driven marketing tactics, partnership development, and brand leadership.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to derive insights from customer and market data, execute effective marketing initiatives, and hold accountability across the board.

Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of D2C and eCommerce marketing experience; those with exposure to subscription services, particularly in the food or consumables sector, are highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of leading and scaling marketing teams, maximizing marketing ROI, and crafting strategic partnerships. Strong analytical capabilities, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies are essential for this position. We seek a passionate leader who embodies the brand's mission, possesses a solid understanding of digital marketing, and can work effectively with cross-functional teams to elevate marketing initiatives and propel our vision of plant-based eating forward.
