We value a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration where your skills in stakeholder management and cybersecurity will thrive.Job responsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the Connected Commerce Payments business to support your work as a trusted advisor able to help the business identify assess and manage operational riskSupport a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocolsReview and analyze relevant data (e.g. KRI/KPI) to support business-related programs and strategiesProvide leadership support for the end-to-end management of operational risk including control breaks and resolutions to reduce financial loss regulatory exposure and reputational riskEngage with control colleagues across the firm business operations management legal compliance risk audit regulators and technology control functionsRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsBachelors degree or equivalent experience required5 years of financial service experience in control management audit quality assurance risk management or complianceProficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to identify and assess operational risks and to support the design of effective controls in conjunction with business partnersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAn accomplished problem-solver able to evaluate complex situations across multiple perspectives to identify robust and sustainable solutionsProven stakeholder management experiencePreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsCapability to leverage AI/ML technology in risk management and utilize automation to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.7 years of financial services experience in controls audit quality assurance risk management or compliance preferredExceptional influence skills for engaging stakeholders and driving organizational change.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to the needs of different stakeholdersAdept in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) with the ability to develop meaningful executive presentationsRequired Experience:Exec Key Skills Change Management,Financial Services,Growing Experience,Managed Care,Management Experience,Analysis Skills,Senior Leadership,Performance Management,Process Management,Leadership Experience,negotiation,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
