Secondary Focus:Area Market ManagementIs the evangelist for BD policyprocedureand best practices throughout the organizationin accordance withtheKleinfelder Marketing SystemKMS.Analyze local Market drivers andidentifyunique new business opportunities for high growthLeverage existing service contracts toestablishandbuild client trust and expandWater opportunities in the Federal State and Local marketsSupport backlog development and opportunity capture across theNCP in coordination with other KleinfelderAreas and Divisional/Corporate Market Leads.Ensure Area Market Leads and KleinfelderclientRepsmaintainaccurateandrelevant client information in CRMwith supportfrom theArea Administrative Manager AAM and Area Business Manager ABMteams.On behalf of the AM negotiate complex comprehensive long-term agreements teaming Joint Venturecontractual withKey/Growthclients. EXPERIENCE & ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree. Masters degree or equivalent desired.15years of related experience and proven prior success in growing a client account as aMajor Accounts Manager (20 years preferred).10years of direct client interaction in designated market and knowledge of applicable laws and regulationsrequired (15 years preferred)6 years of management experience required CPSMMBA or the equivalent preferredProfessional certification/registrations (AICP JD LEED RG PE PG)desiredSuperior leadership and personnel management skillsClient interview skills and in-depth knowledge of company offerings and operationsMove Forward with KleinfelderKleinfelder has been connecting great people to the best work since 1961. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
