Position SummaryCommunityAmerica Credit Union is in search of an experienced Consumer Lending executive to join their leadership team. The Senior Vice President, Consumer Lending is responsible for the strategic vision, leadership, and performance of the credit union’s consumer lending sales and operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the SVP will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to achieve the organization’s strategic lending goals. Specific key responsibilities include consumer direct and indirect lending (auto loans, personal loans, student loans, and HELOCs), and related lending services. The SVP ensures the lending portfolio meets members’ needs, complies with all regulatory requirements, supports sustainable growth, and contributes to the overall financial strength of the credit union. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in lending in a financial institution with a proven track record overseeing large-scale consumer and indirect lending operations.
