Position: Vice President, Preconstruction & Estimation Location: 19775 Belmont Executive Plaza Suite 200 Ashburn, VA Job Id: 758 # of Openings: 1 TITLE: VP, Preconstruction & EstimationLOCATION: Ashburn, VAPOSITION SUMMARY: The VP, Preconstruction & Estimation manages all activities related to the management and oversite of the Preconstruction department, which includes oversite of all estimation activities and personnel for construction projects sought by CPG. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in business or related field, Master's degree preferred.At least 20 years' experience in similar data center industry.Must be a US Citizen Computer Skills:Microsoft Office SuiteSupervisory Responsibilities:Proven experience in leading and growing teams in high-growth organizations.Demonstrable success leading Support and Services teams in a high pace environment.Directly supervises 5 or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
