This is a key leadership role driving operational excellence, expansion, and long-term strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all manufacturing operations, including production, scheduling, resource planning, maintenance, and on-time deliveryManage full plant P&L: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitabilityLead capacity expansion, equipment upgrades, and other growth initiativesImprove core KPIs such as OEE, scrap, cycle time, machine uptime, labor efficiency, and delivery performanceDevelop and mentor the manufacturing team, strengthening internal leadershipImplement Lean and continuous improvement practices (5S, SMED, Kaizen, RCA, VSM)Partner with Engineering on mold performance, process optimization, new product launches, and toolingCollaborate with Ownership on strategic planning, capital investments, and long-term growthQualificationsBachelors degree preferred10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in leadership (injection molding or plastics strongly preferred)Demonstrated P&L ownership and success scaling operationsStrong floor presence with excellent problem-solving skillsProficient in Lean, CI, and safety leadershipSapphire Recruitment is an EOE.Submit resumes to [email protected] for immediate consideration.
