DescriptionNextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Vice President of Operations at our prestigious QSR brand located in Carmel. This full-time on-site position presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to influence our operational strategy and drive excellence in a dynamic hospitality environment.As the Vice President of Operations you will oversee the daily operations of our QSR brand ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and quality to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency and promote our brands growth. This role is pivotal in shaping our operational vision and aligning it with our business goals all while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.We offer a competitive salary range of $175000 - $250000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our innovative hospitality organization.ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the QSR brand ensuring adherence to company standardsDevelop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and profitabilityLead mentor and develop a high-performing operations teamCollaborate with marketing and finance to align operational initiatives with business goalsMonitor key performance indicators to assess operational successEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsImplement training programs to enhance staff skills and performanceDrive initiatives for continuous improvement and customer satisfactionRequirementsProven experience as a Director or Vice-President in operations preferably in the QSR or hospitality industryBachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related fieldStrong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorshipExcellent organizational and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and improve efficiencyStrong financial acumen and experience with budget managementExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment Key Skills Economics,Internal Audit,SQL,Risk Management,Compliance,Leadership skills,Oversight,Business partner,AVP,Requlatory agencies,Finance,Accounting,Potifolio,Project Management,Operational Risk Employment Type : FULL_TIME Experience: years Vacancy: 1
