The Brand Guild is looking for aVice President of Operations to lead and elevate the agencys operational infrastructure during a period of exciting growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience ideally within a mid-sized agency or professional services environment.The VP of Operations oversees the functions that keep the agency running efficiently and strategically including people operations workflow financial planning support office management and operational systems across our New York and Washington DC offices. This role is at the center of how we scale our talent optimize our teams and ensure we deliver high-caliber work in a sustainable profitable way.Reporting to the Co-CEO this leader must bring a growth mindset strong operational instincts a passion for building systems and an entrepreneurial spirit. The VP of Operations will partner closely with senior leadership across PR Creative Marketing and Events to ensure our teams have the clarity structure and support needed to do their best work.This is a hybrid position based in our Washington D.C.
