VICE PRESIDENT PHARMACY SERVICES at Progeny HR Solutions LLC

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Pharmacy Services to join our team in Las Vegas NV. As a leader in the healthcare industry Progeny HR Solutions LLC provides comprehensive human resources solutions to a variety of healthcare organizations. The Vice President of Pharmacy Services will play a critical role in driving the success of our company by overseeing all aspects of our pharmacy services division. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for the pharmacy services division - Oversee all pharmacy operations including budgeting staffing and inventory management - Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy services - Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers insurance companies and pharmaceutical manufacturers - Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for new services or improvements to existing services - Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy professionals providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery - Analyze financial data and make strategic decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Stay up-to-date on advancements in pharmaceutical technology and make recommendations for implementing new systems or processes - Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our pharmacy services and network with potential clients Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or related field; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred - Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmacy services with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Strong understanding of pharmacy operations regulations and industry trends - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proficient in financial analysis and budget management - Knowledge of pharmaceutical technology and systems - Ability to travel as needed for conferences and client meetings At Progeny HR Solutions LLC we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and expertise.
