DescriptionPlay a pivotal leadership role in shaping and enhancing our data privacy program. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us navigate privacy regulations and continue a culture of data protection.As a Data Privacy Lead-Vice President within the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) team you will be part of a group dedicated to creating business impact through the governance and implementation of privacy requirements. This role offers you an exceptional opportunity to join a high-profile organization delivering on the team goals and objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute the 1st Line of Defense privacy operating model that adheres to firmwide requirements and applicable law.Lead and support programs to enhance AWMs privacy program.Advise on privacy requirements for new initiatives.Ensure effective execution of privacy and data protection requirements inclusive of privacy risk assessments and management of procedures.Actively partner with the business and privacy teams to deliver required results.Engage in the appropriate committees and forums to provide transparency and collaborate with stakeholders on delivery of privacy initiatives.Assist the business with the design and execution of controls to address privacy business requirements and mitigate risks.Support the business preparing for privacy related exams compliance tests and audits.Provide transparency through governance reporting and metrics that support the privacy framework.Lead mentor and develop a team of professionals in a way that promotes a culture of excellence continuous learning and supports their professional goals.Required Qualifications Capabilities And SkillsExperience building and managing privacy programs in regulated financial institutionsExpertise in privacy laws including CCPA.Experience in privacy program implementation and advising on privacy requirements.Demonstrated ability in dealing with varied stakeholder groups.Experience in influencing and implementing change in complex environments.Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in process and product design decisions with geographically dispersed teams.Strategic thinker that can anticipate and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.Ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders as well as technical stakeholders.Exceptional presentation and influencing skills.Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.Preferred Qualifications Capabilities And SkillsExperience within the banking or financial services industry.Privacy certifications such as CIPP.Integrate artificial intelligence solutions to enhance project outcomes and decision-making.Implement automation to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and the adoption of new technologies.Required Experience:Exec Key Skills Change Management,Financial Services,Growing Experience,Managed Care,Management Experience,Analysis Skills,Senior Leadership,Performance Management,Process Management,Leadership Experience,negotiation,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
