- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- Strategic thinker who can execute - you balance big-picture vision with hands-on delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in product leadership, ideally within FinTech or institutional investing.
- Deep understanding of quantitative modeling, portfolio optimization, and investment analytics.
- Experience in private equity, asset management, or wealth management is a plus.
- Master's degree or higher in Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related field preferred.
