Regional Supply Chain organization to industry-leading levels of demand
planning, customer fulfillment, service reliability, logistics performance,
inventory deployment, organizational efficiency, and customer experience.The leader sets the regional supply chain agenda for Kitchen
& Bath Americas by translating customer, channel, and market priorities
into clear demand signals, differentiated fulfillment capabilities, service
commitments, and operating routines that strengthen growth, loyalty, and
business performance.This role serves as the senior regional voice of the
customer and market within the consolidated Global Supply Chain model, ensuring
Americas requirements are represented in planning governance while regional
execution remains focused on customer-facing supply chain excellence.The leader is expected to create competitive differentiation
through benchmark supply chain practices, AI-enabled execution, digital
operating tools, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement of fulfillment
speed, visibility, reliability, and productivity.This individual will build a high-performing organization
that embraces new technologies, simplifies work, improves decision speed, and
delivers sustained progress in service, cost, cash, responsiveness, customer
experience, and organizational effectiveness.Specific Responsibilities Set the Americas regional supply chain
strategy, operating priorities, and performance agenda to support business
growth, customer loyalty, and Global Supply Chain objectives. Lead Demand Planning and commercial
integration, improving forecast accuracy, forecast value-add, demand signal
quality, and market intelligence across customer, channel, product, and
promotional inputs. Represent Americas demand, customer, and
channel requirements within enterprise S&OP, supply planning, inventory,
and governance processes while maintaining clear regional accountability for
customer-facing execution. Create industry-leading customer fulfillment
capabilities that improve order visibility, delivery reliability,
responsiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Position supply chain as a source of regional
competitive advantage by elevating the customer experience through fulfillment
excellence, proactive service design, and disciplined operating routines. Lead Americas Customer Service,
Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution, Inventory Deployment, Logistics, and
regional supply chain continuous improvement with a focus on differentiated
customer experience and productive cost-to-serve. Direct regional inventory deployment and
product availability priorities to balance service, working capital, customer
commitments, and channel requirements across the fulfillment network. Establish executive performance management
routines and metrics that connect forecast quality, fulfillment reliability,
customer service, logistics productivity, inventory health, cost, cash, and
customer experience. Continuously benchmark industry-leading supply
chain, demand planning, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, and customer
service practices; translate external insights into practical capability
improvements for Kohler. Champion AI-enabled planning, predictive
insights, automation, workflow simplification, and digital operating tools that
strengthen execution discipline, accelerate decisions, reduce manual effort,
and improve organizational efficiency. Sponsor digital, analytics, automation, and
process capabilities that improve planning effectiveness, fulfillment
visibility, network productivity, and customer-facing performance. Build a high-performing regional leadership
team with clear accountability, strong succession depth, and the capability to
partner across Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, Purchasing, Sourcing, and
Global Supply Chain. Lead change with clarity and pace, simplifying
ways of working, strengthening functional excellence, and creating a culture of
innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and trusted
cross-functional collaboration.Skills/RequirementsBachlors degree required. Masters degree preferred.A minimum of 15 years of professional supply chain leadership experienceAbility to travel as needed and up to 30% of the timeExtensive experience
as a senior supply chain leader with demonstrated success in demand planning,
customer fulfillment, logistics, distribution, customer service, inventory
deployment, and regional supply chain performance. Proven ability to set strategy, build
enterprise alignment, translate business priorities into operating plans, and
deliver measurable improvement across service, cost, cash, growth, and customer
experience. Deep knowledge of Demand Planning, Sales &
Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, forecasting, demand
management, product availability, inventory deployment, and customer
fulfillment processes. Experience leading modern logistics,
warehouse, distribution, transportation, and customer service operations
supported by strong systems, analytics, operating routines, and performance
metrics. Demonstrated ability to benchmark external
best practices and convert industry-leading processes, technologies, and
operating models into practical capability improvements. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI,
automation, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to improve planning
effectiveness, execution quality, productivity, decision speed, and
organizational efficiency. Strong financial acumen with the ability to
connect regional supply chain decisions to commercial performance, operating
cost, inventory investment, cash, and customer outcomes. History of building high-performing leadership
teams, developing talent, strengthening succession depth, and improving
organizational capability in a complex matrix environment. Knowledgeable in SAP, advanced planning
systems, WMS/TMS capabilities, analytics tools, digital supply chain platforms,
AI-enabled planning tools, and customer-facing fulfillment technologies. Exceptional communication skills with the
ability to influence senior leaders, align cross-functional stakeholders, and
represent the function with credibility to customers and external partners. Strategic and practical leadership style with
the ability to establish direction, simplify complexity, drive accountability,

The salary range for this position is $238,650 - $395,150. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
