Talent And Diversity Program Manager
Morgan Stanley is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. This role is responsible for the delivery of high-impact Institutional Securities Group (ISG) talent and engagement programs. The individual will partner closely with HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure programs are executed with precision, consistency, and a high-quality participant experience across cohort-based initiatives, leadership development programs, and employee engagement platforms.
This role requires strong program management, attention to detail, comfort working with data and insights, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-touch, fast-paced environment with senior stakeholder exposure.
In partnership with the Talent team, you will:
- Manage end-to-end cohort lifecycles (onboarding, rotations, placement, outcomes)
- Partner with HR, mentors, and stakeholders to drive performance, engagement, and program outcomes
- Lead planning and delivery across programs, ensuring timelines, communications, and milestones are met
- Support high-visibility events and leadership engagement
- Track key metrics (participation, engagement, outcomes)
- Translate feedback and data into actionable program improvements
- Manage external partners and oversee budgets, contracts, and delivery
- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and participant management
- Support program delivery and executive showcase
What you'll bring to the role:
- 8+ years working in Talent and Diversity or related HR roles
- Strong understanding of talent development, cohort-based programming, and employee engagement practices
- Proven program and project management experience, including ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data and metrics to drive insights and improvements
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end cohort programs, including lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and participant experience
- Experience managing vendors and external partners, including budgeting and program delivery oversight
- Excellent partnership and relationship-building skills, with experience working across HR, business stakeholders, and senior leaders
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage targeted outreach, program communications, and executive interactions
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across regions and functions
- Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
