Treasury Vice President at Neuberger Berman

Neuberger Berman is seeking a Vice President of Treasury for the NB Alternatives platform. This role represents an opportunity to be an initial member in the build out of the centralized treasury team supporting the overall NB Alternatives platform. The Vice President of Treasury will report to the Head of Treasury for NB Alternatives.Responsibilities:Assist with the development implementation and management of Treasury related systems and policiesDevelop and maintain bank relationships across multiple coverage segments including corporate banking financial institutions/sponsors foreign exchange and interest rate desks and fund finance/asset-backed lendingAnalyze and execute hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange and interest rate markets; advise Investment teams on hedging strategiesLiquidity management/forecasting and investment of cash portfoliosNegotiate and execute funding programs (credit facilities subscription lines NAV/asset-backed facilities)Ongoing compliance of credit facilities including review and submission of recurring compliance certificationsNegotiation of bank fees cards and interest deposit ratesAdvise Finance and Operations teams on Treasury related itemsOngoing monitoring of bank credit exposuresQualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury corporate finance FP&A and accountingStrong understanding of monetary markets foreign exchange interest rate markets business investment management financing strategies and hedging strategiesRelevant work experience in investment management industry is idealProficiency with Bloomberg terminals Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and bank platformsProven credit facility negotiation experience ideally from a fund or an asset manager perspectiveEffective at leading and influencing across all levels of seniority with strong managerial experience#LI-Hybrid#LI-MB1Neuberger Berman is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance retirement life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned vested and determinable.
