We are a central point in our efforts to lead technology innovation.Job DescriptionThe Video Delivery Manager will drive operations to achieve revenue cost cash and customer delivery targetsAct as a point of contact to sales finance product and engineering teams for order shipping details and prioritiesImprove KPIs including order cycle time on time delivery and delinquent backlogCollaborate with planning order management purchasing manufacturing and quality teams to reduce customer order lead timesSupport work order planning and partner with distribution center teams to ensure smooth operationsManage third party distribution priorities in partnership with procurement and logisticsIdentify and manage continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and lead timesActively support sales and operations planningAnticipate evolving business conditions and ensure operational readinessAdditional Qualified Skills:Highly motivated with positive attitudeLead as a trusted partner collaborating across organizationsOutstanding communication with customers and business partnersAchieve business targets balancing competing goalsUnderstand customers requirements especially in mission critical operationsUnderstand supply chain networks and operationsTake initiative without promptingSolve problems with innovative thinkingSeek information and listen from a wide variety of viewpoints both internal and externalIdentify and lead business process improvementsDerive insights and actions from analyticsAbility to multi-task and work confidently under pressureTarget Base Salary Range: $80000 - $110000Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
