This includes filming and editing for social media.  Strong visual design experience is a plus in this role. Youre excited to contribute to content that matters for a brand with reach and influence.You put out creative impactful audience-driven content quickly Looking for someone beyond just social media editing tools skills but a person who is more of a Swiss Army knife-skilled person in content creation- filming and editing.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation- Edit short-form and campaign video content for platforms like Instagram TikTok YouTube X and LinkedInShape visual stories from raw footage with a strong eye for pacing rhythm and emotionIncorporate sound motion effects and text to enhance storytelling and engagementCollaborate with copywriters designers producers and AI creatives to bring bold ideas to lifeUse tools like Runway Adobe Sensei or other AI-powered platforms to streamline workflows and explore new creative approachesOptimize content per platform-specific specs and trendsMaintain organized project files asset libraries and archivesWork across multiple projects in a fast-paced test-and-learn environment Qualifications : Qualifications10 years of experience in content creation- editing digital and/or social videoMust Apply with a Portfolio of high-performing social content (Reels TikToks Shorts etc.)Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve or equivalent toolsWorking knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g. After Effects)Interest in or experience with generative AI editing tools (Runway Sora Adobe Sensei etc.)Strong creative instincts and visual storytelling skillsExperience working under tight deadlines while maintaining high production qualityCollaborative adaptable and comfortable receiving feedback in real-timeBonus Points ForSkills in color correction sound design or audio editingIf you have high performing experience with X that is a plus.Experience working with multidisciplinary creative teamsA personal creative practice or side project exploring new video formats storytelling structures or tech-driven editingAdditional Information : We Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
