Job Description
Position: VIP Automotive SalespersonIntroduction: is currently searching for a self-driven organized and data-savvy individual to join our dynamic team as a VIP Automotive this role you will be responsible for following up with customers who have visited our dealership and not purchased a vehicle. The goal will be to bring them back into the dealership to finalize a addition you will work with all of our Out-of-State customers to assist them in purchasing a vehicle.Key Responsibilities:Complete 50 post-visit calls texts and emails daily to customers who have visited the dealership and not purchased a vehicleSchedule be-back visits and document in HGregs CRM tool (DealerSocket) to effectively track all customer interactionsCommunicate effectively with Out-of-State customers and assist them with purchasing a vehicle.Utilize HGregs Sales Process when interacting with customersShare HGregs Core Values and educate all customers on how we do businessTake customers on test drives and ensure they understand the vehicles operating featuresSell and deliver a minimum number of units per monthAttend product and sales training courses as requested by ManagementTurn 100% of closed deals to finance along with properly completed paperworkPrepare sold vehicles for customer deliveryDeliver vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer understands the vehicles operating features warranty and paperworkRequired Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesPrevious automotive sales and/or BDC experienceStrong proficiency in automotive CRM usage (DealerSocket preferred)Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailBilingual (Spanish) requiredAttributes:Self-motivated and proactiveAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholdersCompensationThis is a full-time position and the anticipated yearly income is between $75-100000/yr depending on success plus benefits including Medical Dental and 401K.How to Apply:If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who is self-motivated with automotive industry experience we encourage you to apply for the VIP Automotive Salesperson position at . is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
