Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with the ability to diagnose issues effectively and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires proficiency in using various tools and equipment, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work performed.We are looking for someone to join our team that has a current Virginia State Inspection license as well as the ability to perform necessary repairs required to pass Virginia State inspection. We are looking for a technician that can also do state inspections.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.Repair or replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.Utilize power tools and welding equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs.Interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot problems accurately.Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.RequirementsVirginia State Inspection LicenseProven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.Familiarity with automotive schematics and repair manuals.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Join our team of professionals who are passionate about vehicles and committed to delivering outstanding service.
