So, to keep a good service tech, you have to treat them right. Here, you’ll work alongside some of the best in the business. We have steady work and you will always be busy. We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs. Only those who value integrity and ethics need apply.Job ResponsibilitiesExamine and diagnose vehiclesDiscuss repairs with manager or service advisorCommunicate additional service requests to service advisorPlan work procedures in cooperation with managerProvide labor time estimates to service advisorMonitor repair time and update service advisor regularlyAssist in mentoring technician traineesUnderstand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsOperator Driver LicenseVirginia State Inspection License RequiredCompensationCompensation is based on experienceGreat benefitsShift generally 8:00am until 5:00pm weekdays, but can change due to need.
