Job Title: Virtual Care Coordinator Location: New York NY (10017) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 03:00 PM 11:00 PM Pay Rate: $27/hourPosition Summary:Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Virtual Care Coordinatorfor an exciting job in New York NY.Responsibilities:Monitor patients remotely to ensure safety and identify any clinical changes or concerns.Support virtual care and telemedicine operations ensuring sessions begin and end on schedule.Troubleshoot telehealth platform or equipment issues as needed.Maintain and track operational data response times and quality metrics.Conduct quality assurance reviews to enhance telehealth services and workflows.Communicate effectively with patients families and care teams during virtual visits.Document patient observations and escalate safety or clinical concerns promptly.Assist with onboarding and training new staff on telehealth systems and documentation.Collaborate with clinical and technology teams to improve workflows and expand programs.Maintain equipment functionality ensure data privacy compliance and adhere to institutional standards.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience in telehealth remote monitoring or hospital-based settings.Experience implementing or improving telehealth policies workflows and quality measures.Proficiency with telehealth platforms EMR systems and patient monitoring tools.Strong analytical problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety and service excellence.Education:High School Diploma or GED required (additional healthcare certifications preferred).For more details contact at or Call / Text at .About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
